LLDPE Film & Bags for Industrial Packaging
LLDPE is widely used when packaging requires flexibility together with good puncture resistance and toughness for industrial handling conditions.

What Is LLDPE?
LLDPE, or linear low-density polyethylene, is widely used in industrial film because it combines flexibility, toughness, and good puncture resistance. It is often selected for packaging exposed to stress, stretching, or heavier handling.
In blown film, final performance is not determined by polymer name alone. Resin grade, formulation, film thickness, processing conditions, additives, bag design, sealing, and actual handling all affect performance. Specifications should therefore be selected around the application rather than material price alone.
LLDPE Film & Packaging Applications

Where Is LLDPE Commonly Suitable?
Heavy-Duty Bags
For products exposed to heavier handling and requiring higher toughness.
Sharp or Irregular Products
To help reduce puncture risk around products with challenging shapes.
Industrial Liners
For liners requiring flexibility and stronger mechanical performance.

Film InspectionProduction Inspection & Quality Control
A suitable film specification should be supported by checks for thickness consistency, dimensions, film appearance, and sealing quality according to the application.

Material Selection Considerations
Consider LLDPE when puncture resistance and toughness are key performance requirements.
LLDPE is not automatically the best choice for every product. When stiffness, a crisper film feel, or other cost/performance considerations dominate, HDPE, LDPE, or a blend may be more appropriate.
