Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospects and customers.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and expand our market presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
