Production Process

Standard operating procedures (SOP) are established for each stage of the production process, including material handling, blending, extrusion, to finishing.
Regular quality checks are conducted at key points in the production process to monitor parameters such as material composition, thickness, and dimensions accuracy.
Quality Control
Incoming material are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet specified quality standards for purity, consistency, and performance. QC personnel monitor the production process in real-time, conducting visual inspections, measurements, and tests to identify any deviations from quality standards and take corrective action as needed.
Samples from each production batch undergo comprehensive testing.
